No. These are two separate databases with two separate login/passwords. However, you can change your login/password for accessing your company listing. You may change your current login/password to match your login/password that you use to access the entire eDirectory. |

If I have an Industry Provider or Research Center Profile Page on www.centerwatch.com is my company automatically included in the eDirectory of the Clinical Trials Industry? Can you take the information from my profile page and submit it into the eDirectory for me? |

No. The eDirectory is a completely separate service and includes different information than what is included on the online profile pages. CenterWatch will not complete any company listings on behalf of a company, thus is not responsible for any erroneous information. It is important to CenterWatch that your company’s listing is accurately completed and maintained by a representative from your company. |

Yes. After you submit a new or updated listing it will automatically be sent to a CenterWatch representative for review. This review process may take up to 2-3 weeks. Once a CenterWatch representative has reviewed your listing you will receive an email confirmation. If there is a problem with your listing a CenterWatch representative will contact you. |
