Clinical Call Center

The Accelovance Clinical Call Center is a valuable tool in proactively managing a patient to mitigate challenges with patient recruitment, retention, compliance, surveillance or safety. It is a proven, cost-effective alternative to traditional methods of managing the patient that has maintained retention/compliance rates of 98% or higher and effectively captured up to 76% additional data via our systems and processes.

As a patient-centric organization, the Clinical Call Center uses clinically trained Call Center Agents who work seamlessly with the clinical sites enrolling patients and the Sponsors or CROs who contract with us. Handling in-bound and out-bound calling from patient screening to patient follow up, the Call Center operates at a fraction of the cost of having clinical site staff handle similar responsibilities. Regionally located Call Center Agents are linked with robust call management and reporting technology.
