Patient Demographics
Our professional marketing team is dedicated to fulfilling your enrollment goals as quickly as possible. Quality enrollment and volunteer retention is our commitment to you, so your study will be completed on time and that the data will be accurate and useful. All marketing and promotional materials are sponsor and IRB approved.
Trained phone screeners evaluate potential volunteers for initial suitability before their first appointment, saving time and money while increasing volunteer satisfaction.
Volunteer information brochures give research volunteers all of the information they need about the study including their appointment cards, informed consent form and general information about the disease being treated in the study. This improves volunteer retention, cooperation, and care. We generate a high percentage of volunteer referrals through this procedure.
Access to our vast volunteer database enables us to send direct mail pieces to prospective volunteers just as a study is about to start. Volunteers are cross referenced according to medications and ICD-9 codes for easy access, and have been proven reliable as study volunteers.
Our Volunteer Enrollment Programs include professionally designed advertising programs for many of our studies. We use newspaper, radio, television, direct mail and public relations campaigns towards local media.
