Official Scientific Title: Health-economic benefit of the Point-of-Care clarification of acute coronary syndrome, thromboembolism and cardiac failure in primary health care.

Brief summary: This study will evaluate the clinical and socioeconomic benefit of laboratory-supported cardiovascular risk stratification in primary health care. The extent of the benefit of point-of-care diagnostics will be analyzed.

Inclusion criteria:

  • adult patients >=18 years of age;
  • chest pain;
  • dyspnea.

Exclusion criteria:

  • onset of symptoms >=5 days before attending hospital;
  • therapeutic doses of heparin for >24 hours;
  • severe reanl insufficiency.

Gender: Males or Females

Age limits: Min: 18 Years
