Summary: A Phase II, Randomized, Open-Label, Comparative Study of Epoetin Alfa (Procrit) 80,000 Units or 120,000 Units Every Three Weeks Versus Darbepoetin (Aranesp) 500 mcg Every Three Weeks in Anemic Cancer Subjects Receiving Chemotherapy

The study will compare the control of anemia ( no need or less need for blood transfusions) of the two named products

Patient Inclusion Criteria
Must be receiving a minimum of twelve chemotherapy treatments

Patient Exclusion Criteria
No prior treatment with either product within thirty days of consent for the trial
