Summary: A Randomized, Open-Label, Multicenter Study with Open-Label Extension of the Pharmacokinetics and Safety of an Oral Liquid and Sprinkle Formulations as an Adjunct to Concurrent Anticonvulsant Therapy in Infants (Aged 1 to 24 Months, Inclusive) With Refractory Partial-Onset Seizures

A Randomized, Open-Label, Study of an Oral Liquid or Sprinkle Formulation as an Adjunct to Concurrent Anticonvulsant Therapy in Infants with Refractory Partial-Onset Seizures

We are currently conducting a research study for infants aged 1-24 months with refractory partial-onset seizures.

To be eligible to participate, your infant must:

• Be between 1 and 24 months and weigh at least 7.7 lbs. and no more than 34.1 pounds
• Be receiving solid food, bottle or cup fed and able to take oral liquid
• Be taking at least one concurrent marketed anti-epileptic drug that, after reaching optimized dosing, is considered to be inadequate in controlling seizures

All study related clinic visits, testing, and study medications are provided at no cost.
