Summary: Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Are you suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)? IBS can
cause abdominal pain and cramping, swollen and bloated abdomen,
painful diarrhea or constipation, and the feeling that you have not
finished a bowel movement.
Florida Medical Research Institute is seeking volunteers between
18-79 years of age for a clinical research study of an
investigational medication for the relief of IBS symptoms.
Qualified participants may receive:
- Study-Related Physical Exam
- Study-Related Colonoscopy or Sigmoidoscopy
- Study-Related Lab Tests
- Study-Related Medication
Eligible participants may also receive compensation for their
time and travel.
