Summary: An open label pilot study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Raptiva ® (efalizumab) in combination with narrow band phototherapy for the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis

Treatment of patients with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis who are being treated with Enbrel, Humeira, or Remicade and are not responding to those medications.

Patient Inclusion Criteria

  • 18 and above
  • Moderate to severe Psoriasis (Otherwise healthy)

Patient Exclusion Criteria

  • Pregnant females
