Trial Information

Summary: Mount Sinai School of Medicine is currently recruiting subjects who have T-cell leukemia or lymphoma, who have failed two or more prior treatment regimens to participate in a clinical study to test the safety and efficacy of an experimental drug.

Study drug and study procedures will be made available to you at no cost.

To qualify, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have T-cell lymphoma or leukemia
  • Have adequate liver function
  • Have a life expectancy of at least three months
  • Have already failed or relapsed from two or more treatment regimens for your disease

You will not qualify if you:

  • Are pregnant or breast-feeding
  • Are HIV positive or have hepatitis B or C infection or other serious uncontrolled infection
  • Have clinical evidence of active central nervous system leukemia
  • Have received certain experimental drugs or other treatment regimens
