Trial Information
Summary: A clinical study to test the safety, efficacy, and tolerability of an experimental drug in Parkinson’s Disease Patients with Motor Fluctuations.
This study will evaluate whether E2007 works in improving the
length of time your levodopa medication is effective (reducing your
“OFF” time), and in reducing unwanted movements. It will also
evaluate how E2007 is tolerated and its safety.
You may be eligible to participate in this study if
you:
- Have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease
- Are older than 30 years of age
You will not be eligible to participate if
you:
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding a child
- Have a present history of drug or alcohol
- Have a present history of suicide attempts
- Receiving deep brain stimulation
