Summary: A Phase III Study of Chemotherapy and Bevacizumab With and Without Panitumimab in the First Line Treatment of Subjects With Metastatic Colorectal Cancer
The study will evaluate the effectiveness of adding Panitumimab
in treating metastatic colorectal cancer versus using only
Oxaliplatin, Leucovorin, 5FU and Bevacizumab.
Patient Inclusion Criteria:
- Cancer of the colon or rectum that has spread to other parts of
the body
Patient Exclusion Criteria:
- Prior treatment for metastatic colorectal cancer
