Summary: Phase III; Second Line Treatment

Randomized, Double-Blind, Multicenter Study of Talabostat and Docetaxel vs Docetaxel and Placebo in Patients with Advanced (Stage IIIB/IV) Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer after Failure of Platinum-Based Chemotherapy
Oral medication. No more than 2 prior chemotherapy regimens. IIIB must have cytologically confirmed pleural effusion. No symptomatic brain metastasis. 28 day washout from previous therapy. ECOG 0-1
