Summary: Phase II; First Line Treatment

Open Label Study of Amonafide L-Malate in Combination with Cytarabine in Subjects with Secondary Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML)

No prior MDS diagnosis, chemotherapy or radiotherapy for at least 3 months prior to study entry. ECOG 0-3. No prior induction chemotherapy for AML, at least 4 weeks since completion of prior cytotoxic chemo for MDS. No histologic diagnosis of FAB M3
