Summary: Outpatient study for an investigational medication for depression

Males and females from 18 years of age or more with Major Depressive Disorder and presenting a recurrent Major Depressive Episode, who had any kind/form of treatment

Length of study: approximately 10 weeks

Total number of outpatient visits: 8 visits (with additional 6 visits for the extension phase)
