Trial Information
Summary: Phase III: Multicenter Study to Investigate Safety and Efficacy of Treanda in Patients with Indolent NHL Who are Refractory to Rituximab
Small lymphocytic, lymphoplasmacytic, splenic marginal zone
B-cell, extra-nodal zone B-cell, nodal marginal zone and follicle
center (grades 1-3) allowed.
Must have one of the following:
- Refractory after rituxan only: 4 doses 375mg/m2 wkly
- Refractory after rituxan maintenance: 4 doses 375mg/m2 wkly or
in combination with chemo, on a maintenance regimen, progress
before next scheduled dose or w/in 6 mos.
- Refractory after rituxan-chemo combination: 4 doses 375mg/m2
wkly in combination w/chemo if no response or progress w/in 6
mos.
- Must have 1 prior chemo and maximum of 3. PS 0-2. 28 day
washout for radiation, chemo or immunotherapy.
Exclusions:
- No prior hi-dose chemo w/ allogenic stem cell support.
- No transformed disease, CNS or leptomeningeal.
