Summary: Are you currently taking the medication Crestor?

If you are currently using Crestor and are a male over the age of 50 or a female over the age of 60, you may qualify to participate in a research study.

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

  • Males over age 50
  • Females over age 60
  • Currently taking Crestor

Patient Exclusion Criteria:

  • No major cardiovascular events, such as MI, angina, stroke, PVD, or AAA.
  • No diagnosis of:
    • diabetes
    • cancer
    • hypercholesterolemia,
    • or treatment with lipid lowering agents.

5 year study looking at Crestor as a prophilactic cardiovascular treatment. Patients will receive free evaluations, medications, and will be compensated for their time.
