Summary: Chronic Pulmonary Obstructive Disease

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the experimental drug, in relieving the symptoms of COPD.

You may qualify for this study if you:

  • Are 40 years of age or older
  • Have a history of COPD (bronchitis and emphysema) for at least 12 months

You will not qualify for this study if you:

  • Have been diagnosed with asthma or other lung disease
  • If you are pregnant or breast feeding a child
  • Have chronic gastrointestinal disorders
