Summary: Do you have high cholesterol?

If so, you may be qualified to participate in a clinical research study to test the effectiveness of two cholesterol-lowering drugs when taken alone or in combination.

During this 22-week study, participants must...

  • be at least 18 years old
  • discontinue any current cholesterol medication
  • self-administer study drugs once daily
  • follow a diet recommended by the American Heart Association
  • track other medications and side effects in a diary
  • be willing to have blood tests taken at each study visit
  • have progress and safety monitored over the course of six visits to the study site
