Summary: Postherpetic Neuralgia (Shingles) Research Study

Do You Continue to have Pain from Shingles?

Postherpetic Neuralgia

In most cases, pain from shingles goes away after the rash heals. Sometimes, however, the pain persists - this is a condition called Postherpetic Neuralgia. If you are a man or woman, age 18 to 80, experiencing pain after their Shingles (Herpes Zoster) have healed, you may qualify to participate in a clinical research study of an investigational medication for Post Herpetic Neuralgia. Qualified participants will receive all study-related exams, and study medication free of charge and may be compensated up to $300 for their time and travel.
