Summary: A Phase III, Multicenter, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Parallel Group Study Of Renzapride in Women with Constipation-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Toledo Center for Clinical Research is seeking women 18 to 65 to test an investigational medication for constipation-type IBS. Qualified participants receive study medication and study related exams at no cost, and compensation. Call 419-885-5163

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

  • Women ages 18 to 65
  • Documented Constipation-type IBS BMI 19-39

Patient Exclusion Criteria:

  • Subjects with concerning signs like rectal bleeding or anemia in the past 3 months
  • Women who are pregnant and lactating
  • Family History of Hereditary Non-Polyposis Colorectal Cancer in the past 2 yrs.
  • Participated in another study in the past 90 days
