Summary: Compassionate Use Protocol for the Use of AMD3100 to Mobilize Peripheral Blood Stem Cells for Collection and Transplantation, AnorMED Protocol, AMD3100-CUP001

You have been asked to participate in this research study because you have cancer and your doctor has determined that all other treatments you have received have not been effective in mobilizing enough peripheral stem cells [collect the quantity of stem cells needed to ensure recovery of normal blood counts after high dose chemotherapy] to collect for a transplant. The purpose of this study is to allow subjects to receive an investigational drug, AMD3100 for mobilizing enough peripheral stem cells. Your participation in this study is expected to last approximately ten days for treatment and 6 months for follow-up.
