Summary: Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) - relapsed refractory

Wyeth Research is currently recruiting subjects to participate in an experimental study for subjects with Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL), that compares the effectiveness and safety of a study drug compared to the study doctor’s available therapy choices.

To qualify, you must:

  • Have a confirmed diagnosis of Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL)
  • Have received 2 to 7 prior therapies, and be in a refractory or relapsed state
  • Have adequate organ and bone marrow function
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a life expectancy of at least 3 months

You will not qualify if you:

  • Have a history of other cancers in the last 5 years
  • Have another type of cancer other than MCL
  • Have active spread of your cancer to the central nervous system
  • Have had prior investigational therapy within 3 weeks of first dose
  • Have had chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy or major surgery within 3 weeks of study start, or radioimmunotherapy within 8 weeks of study start.
  • Have uncontrolled current illnesses
  • Are a subject with a weakened immune system
  • Are a female subject that is pregnant or breast feeding
