Summary: Overactive Bladder

Allergan Inc., is conducting a study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a single treatment with the study drug compared to a placebo in subjects with an overactive bladder who suffer from an accident loss of urine or are unable to control their bladder.

To qualify, you must:

• Be aged 18 to 80 years old
• Have symptoms of an overactive bladder of an unknown cause
• Weigh at least 110 pounds

You will not qualify if you:

• Are pregnant or nursing
• Have symptoms of an overactive bladder due to any known neurological reason
• Are taking certain other types of overactive bladder medications
• Have evidence of pelvic or bladder abnormalities
• Have had two or more urinary tract infections in the last 6 months
• Have an active genital infection, other than genital warts.
• Are taking medication to stop blood clotting, or you have a bleeding disorder
