Trial Information
Summary: Overactive Bladder
Allergan Inc., is conducting a study to evaluate the safety and
efficacy of a single treatment with the study drug compared to a
placebo in subjects with an overactive bladder who suffer from an
accident loss of urine or are unable to control their bladder.
To qualify, you must:
- Be aged 18 to 80 years old
- Have symptoms of an overactive bladder of an unknown cause
- Weigh at least 110 pounds
You will not qualify if you:
- Are pregnant or nursing
- Have symptoms of an overactive bladder due to any known
neurological reason
- Are taking certain other types of overactive bladder
medications
- Have evidence of pelvic or bladder abnormalities
- Have had two or more urinary tract infections in the last 6
months
- Have an active genital infection, other than genital
warts.
- Are taking medication to stop blood clotting, or you have a
bleeding disorder
