Summary: Leukemia - Refractory/Relapsed Acute Myelogenous

Callisto Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is currently recruiting subjects with acute myelogenous leukemia (AML, cancer of the blood cells) to participate in an experimental study.

Study drug will be made available to you at no cost.

To qualify, you must:

• Be 15 years of age or older
• Be diagnosed with refractory or relapsed AML
• Have had no chemotherapy, radiation, or major surgery within 2 weeks of the start of the study
• Have adequate liver and kidney function
• Have not participated in another clinical study within 4 weeks of the start of the study

You will not qualify if you:

• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Are currently on therapy that is or may be active against AML
• Have uncontrolled high blood pressure or heart disease
