Summary: Investigational Aqueous Nasal Spray for Children Ages 2-11

Health Sciences Research Center is conducting a research study to compare the safety and effectiveness of 50 mcg and 100 mcg of an investigational aqueous nasal spray taken every day versus placebo. This study has four visits over a six week period.

Your child may participate in this study if he or she:

  • Is between the ages of 2 and 11 years of age
  • Has been diagnosed with seasonal allergies
  • Is symptomatic to seasonal allergies
  • Is willing and able to comply with study procedures

Your child cannot participate in this study if he or she:

  • Had had eye or nose surgery in the past three months
  • Has documented evidence of chronic sinusitis
  • Has asthma with the exception to mild intermittent asthma
  • Has evidence of a clinically significant uncontrolled disease
