Trial Information
Summary: Elbow Pain
The primary objective of this study is to demonstrate the
short-term multiple-dose analgesic efficacy and safety of HTK-500
in subjects with pain from moderate lateral epicondylitis. The
secondary objective of this study is to assess the onset of
analgesic effect of HKT-500 in subjects with pain from moderate
lateral epicondylitis.
- Male/Female 18 years of age and older.
- The subject has unilateral moderate epicondylitis of at least 2
weeks but less than 3 months duration at dosing (baseline). There
should be a history of painless unrestricted motion of the affected
joint immediately prior to the acute attack. If a subject had
previously received treatment for the lateral epicondylitis with
NSAIDs/Acetaminophen then the subject needs to have a history of
epicondylitis improvement with NSAIDs / acetaminophen.
