Summary: Shoulder Pain

The primary objective of this study is to assess the onset and duration of analgesic effect of HKT-500 in subjects with shoulder pain. The secondary objective of this study is to assess the safety of HKT-500 in subjects with shoulder pain.

• Male/Female 18 years of age and older
• Subject has unilateral shoulder pain of less than 2 months duration at dosing (baseline). There should be a history of painless, unrestricted motion of the affected joint immediately prior to the acute attack.
