Summary: A clinical study involving an experimental dual drug approach to treating Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) after failure of standard first-line chemotherapy.
The Medical Center of Vincennes is conducting a clinical study
to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a dual drug approach
compared to a standard chemotherapy single drug approach in
subjects with advanced NSCLC.
You may participate in this study if you:
- Have Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
- Have failed standard first-line chemotherapy
treatment
You may not participate in this study if
you:
- Have not had prior treatment or had more than one prior
chemotherapy treatment as first line treatment for advanced stage
disease.
- Have evidence of internal bleeding.
- Have evidence of cancer spreading to the brain.
- Are taking medication to stop blood clots.
- Are on an aspirin or non-steroidal anti inflammatory drug
regimen.
