Summary: Asthma research can help us learn more

Nearly one in thirteen children in the US has asthma, and this number is growing. A research study is currently underway to test an investigational asthma medication in a new type of delivery system. All study-related medications or placebo, procedures and clinical visits are provided at no cost to participants.

Children may be eligible to participate in this study if they:

• Are aged 5-11 years old at the time of the first visit
• Have had a diagnosis of asthma for a minimum of 6 months and their asthma has been stable for at least 30 days prior to the first visit.
• Have not required inhaled steroids for at least 30 days prior to the first visit.
