Summary: High Grade Prostatic Intraepithelial Neoplasia (PIN), Men Age 30 And Over, 18 Month Oral Medication Research Study

This study is designed to test the safety and efficacy of an investigational oral medication in men with high grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN). PIN is the presence of abnormal tissue in the prostate gland that may lead to cancer of the prostate. The age range is 30 years and over. The study lasts up to 18 months.
