Summary: Do you have high blood sugar?

You may be eligible to participate in a research study involving insulin.

If you qualify you will receive at no cost:

• Glucophage and insulin
• Glucose monitor and supplies
• Study related medical care and testing
• Education on managing your diabetes

To take part in the study, we are looking for patients who:

• Have been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes
• Are taking the diabetes medications, metformin, Glucophage or Glucophage XR for at least 3 months
• Are you using once daily insulin glargine or NPH insulin once or twice daily for at least 3 months
• Are between the ages of 18 and 75
