Summary: Phase II trial of 2 dose levels of study drug in patients with metastatic or locally recurrent clear cell renal carcinoma

Inclusion:

  • Histologically confirmed stage IV clear cell renal Cancer.
  • Chemotherapy naïve or a limit of 1 prior therapeutic regimen.
  • At least 1 measurable lesion of = 10 mm with CT scan.
  • ECOG of 0,1,2.

Exclusion:

  • Known untreated CNS metastasis.
  • History of prior malignancy in past 5 years other than basal/squamous cell of skin or in-situ cervical Cancer
  • History of allogenic organ transplant.
  • Pre-existing auto-immune or antibody mediated diseases.
