Summary: A 12-Month, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Parallel Groups, Multicenter, Long-Term Safety Study of MK-0928 in the Treatment of Elderly Outpatients with Primary Insomnia

Affiliated Research Institute is a private company located in the Mission Valley area of San Diego, involved in the research and development of new, investigational medications. If you have had insomnia for 4 or more weeks, have difficulty falling asleep, or maintaining sleep, you may be eligible to participate.

Study Criteria:

• Age: 65 yrs old and up.
• Regular Bedtime between 8:00 PM and 1:00 AM.
• Willing to keep sleep diary.
• No history of stroke.
• No history of sleep apnea.
• Not Lactose intolerant.
• Willing to attend clinic visits.
