Summary: Do You Have Type 2 Diabetes?

You may be eligible to participate in a study of an investigational medication, if you:

• Are Taking Glyburide, Glipizide, Glimepride or another similar drug for your type 2 diabetes.
• Have blood sugars that are not well controlled.
• Are not on insulin.
• Are between 18 and 80 years of age.

Qualified participants receive at no cost, study related:

• Medical care
• Study medication
• Laboratory work and evaluations
• Glucose monitoring supplies
• Diabetic and nutritional counseling
• Compensation for time and travel provided
