Summary: Are you living with Adult ADHD?

Take the self test.

• Do you have trouble finishing a project?
• Do you have problems with organization?
• Do you have trouble remembering things?
• Do you have to push yourself to start projects?
• Do you fidget with your hands or feet?
• Do you feel like you are driven by a motor?

If you answered yes to three or more of these questions, you may have adult ADHD. You may be eligible for an evaluation at no cost by a psychiatrist and to participate in a medical research study with an investigational medication.

Qualified participants will receive:

• A study-related medical evaluation, including,
• Physical exam
• Reimbursement for travel
• And study medication, all at no cost.
