Summary: Heart Failure- Mild to Moderate
Do you have symptoms from heart failure despite optimal
therapy?
This study tests the effectiveness of the medicine Inspra
(eplerenone) at slowing or preventing further enlargement of the
heart. It will also evaluate whether eplerenone improves or
stabilizes patients’ symptoms. Patients who have been diagnosed
with mild to moderate heart failure associated with decreased heart
function or enlargement of the heart may be eligible.
