Trial Information
Summary: Study for patients with actinic keratosis on the face or balding scalp.
Actinic Keratosis is one of the most common precancerous skin
conditions. More than 50% of Americans over the age of 40 have
actinic keratosis (AK) - a precancerous condition caused by the
sun. And many people don’t even know they have it.
Patches of rough skin or marks on the face or balding scalp may
be signs of actinic keratosis.
Right now, Radiant Research in Lake Worth is conducting a
clinical study evaluating the safety and efficacy of an
investigational medicated cream for actinic keratosis on the face
or balding scalp.
The study doctor can tell you if you have AK, and determine if
you qualify for this study. All study medication and study-related
medical care are provided at no cost.
