Summary: A safety study of a topical cream in pediatric subjects aged 3 years to 5 years 11 month with atopic dermatitis.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Moderate to severe atopic dermatitis involving 35% of body surface area
  • Good general health
  • Subjects with Addison's disease, hyperthyroidism, HIV, diabetes, chronic fatigue syndrome are not allowed
  • Patients who might be in need for corticosteroid inhalers or preparations for other condition not permitted in this study
  • Patient with 2 weeks of washout period for corticosteroid use will be allowed
