We are currently enrolling high-risk women at sites in Philadelphia, PA; Boston, MA; Detroit, MI; Chicago, IL; Los Angeles, CA; Rochester, MN; Jacksonville, FL; and Milan, Italy and are inviting you to participate.

Study participants receive a mammogram and MRI every 6 months for the 2-year study period and will take either tamoxifen or placebo (sugar pill) for one year (no medication during the second year). Participating women who are eligible will also receive free tamoxifen through the end of 2006.

All procedures and study medications will be paid for by the study. Participants will also be compensated for their time.
