Summary: Pilot Study of Dose Adjustment of Vinorelbine in Patients with Varying Degree of Liver Dysfunction
The purpose of this research study is 1) to evaluate the safety and dose tolerance of the chemotherapy drug, vinorelbine in patients who have cancer for which there is no standard therapy or for which standard therapy would need to be modified due to impaired liver function.
Patient Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria:
- At least 18 years of age - Have solid tumor that is resistance to standard therapy or for which no standard therapy exists - No chemotherapy or radiation therapy in past 3 weeks - Patient must be in otherwise generally good health
