Summary: Phase I Multi-center Study of Intravenous BCX-1777 in Patients with Refractory Hematologic Malignancies
BCX-1777 is a new medication that is effective at killing cancer
cells in the laboratory. This study is being done to determine the
correct dose to be given to patients.

Patient Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria:
1. Any hematologic malignancy that has recurred after previous
therapy
2. Normal liver and kidney function
3. Age over 18 years
1. Candidates for stem-cell transplantation
2. Concurrent treatment with an anti-cancer agent
