Summary: Randomized Phase II Study of Thalidomide Versus Thalidomide Plus Fludarabine for Patients with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia Previously Treated with Fludarabine
Patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small
lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) who have already received fludarabine
are randomized to receive either fludarabine plus thalidomide or
thalidomide alone

Patient Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria:
1. Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic
lymphoma (SLL)
2. Previously treated with fludarabine
1. Other concurrent malignancies.
2. Concurrent anti-cancer therapy
3. History of abnormal heart rhythm or heart attack.
