Summary: A Phase I Dose Escalation Study of Lipopeptide Vaccines With Activity Against Human Cytomegalovirus

You have been asked to participate in this research study because you are a healthy adult who has been identified as possibly eligible for a study evaluating vaccines for human cytomegalovirus (CMV). The purpose of this study is to test two candidate CMV vaccines and to determine the safety and the optimal dose of these vaccines. Your participation in this study will last up to 3 months after you become eligible for vaccination, during which time you will be vaccinated with either of the two candidate vaccines. After you receive vaccination, you will continue to be followed for up to 12 months, which will require additional visits to the City of Hope
