Summary: The Effect of an Investigational Drug on Oxidant Stress in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

We are looking for 48 diabetic patients to participate in our research of an investigational new drug that is being studied as a possible treatment for diabetic complications.

You must:

  • Be at least 35 years of age
  • Have type 2 diabetes
  • Not be a smoker
The study involves:
  • 3 visits over a maximum 12 week period
  • Free medical examination and blood work
  • 2 ultrasounds of your arm to check the blood flow
  • Compensation for time and travel expenses
