Trial Information

Summary: A study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of an orodispersible (ODT) tablet of vardenafil compared to placebo in men with Erectile Dysfunction (ED).

The purpose of the study is to find out if the study drug orodispersible (ODT) tablet of vardenafil 10 mg will be effective and safe compared to placebo (look-a-like pill with no active medication) for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, also known as ED or impotence.
Compensation Provided

Patient Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria:

-Males 18 years-of-age or older.
-Stable, heterosexual relationship for at least 6 months.
-A history of erectile dysfunction (ED) for at least 6 months.

-Any underlying cardiovascular condition, including unstable angina pectoris (chest pain).
-History of myocardial infarction (heart attack), stroke or life-threatening arrhythmia (abnormal heart beat)within 6 months prior to Visit 1.
