Summary: Pioglitazone Asthma Clinical Trial

Patients with asthma who are taking inhaled corticosteroids may
be eligible to participate in a study at the NIH Clinical Research
Center. The purpose of this study is to determine if a widely used
agent for diabetes can improve asthma. Eligible patients will
receive a comprehensive evaluation at the Clinical Research Center
in Bethesda, Maryland. There is no cost for participating in the
study.
