Summary: RESEARCH STUDY FOR POST-MENOPAUSAL WOMEN EXPERIENCEING HOT FLASHES

This is a research study of an investigational drug for women seeking treatment for bothersome hot flashes. The study last approximately 14 months and requires about 8 visits to the Longmont Clinic. Dr. Finnegan is the principal investigator of this research study.

Criteria to participate:

  • At least 45 years of age
  • Seeking treatment for bothersome hot flashes
  • At least 12 months since last period (or 6 mo if blood test confirms post-menopausal)
  • Generally healthy

The study provides:

  • All study related or required exams
  • Study medication
  • Compensation for time and travel
