Trial Information

Summary: A Randomized, Phase 2B Study of Sunitinib Plus Oxaliplatin, 5-FU, and Leucovorin (FOLFOX)versus Bevacizumab Plus FOLFOX as First-line Treatment in Patients with Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

Participants will be assigned to treatment with FOLFOX and either Sunitinib or Bevacizumab. Sunitinib will be provided free of charge.

Patient Inclusion Criteria: measurable, metastatic disease that has progressed after adjuvant therapy.

Patient Exclusion Criteria: prior treatment with any above mentioned therapies for metastasis.
