Trial Information
Summary: Soft Tissue Bleeding during Surgery
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of an experimental product (used to stop bleeding), called Fibrin Patch during abdominal, retroperitoneal, pelvic and thoracic surgery.
Study drug and study procedures will be made available to you at no cost.
To qualify, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be a candidate for surgery on your torso, pelvis, or chest
You will not qualify if you:
- Are pregnant or breast-feeding
- Have HIV
- Have participated in a clinical drug or device trial within the last 30 days
