Summary: A Phase 4, Double-Blind trial to study the efficacy and safety of Armodafinil as treatment for adults with excessive sleepiness associated with Obstructive Sleep Apnea with depression. Requires 5 overnight visits over a 14 week period and patients will be compensated $1525. for time and travel as well as study medication, physical exams, labwork and ECG's.

This is a trial for patients with OSA and depression and are currently on anti-depressant and CPAP therapy. This trial will last approximately 14 weeks and includes 5 overnight visits. Patients will receive study medication, physical exams, labwork and compensation for time and travel.

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

• Must be 1818 - 65 years if age,
• Compliant with CPAP therapy,
• Current diagnosis of depression and being treated with antidepressant

Patient Exclusion Criteria:

• Any other sleep disorder,
• Fibromyalgia,
• Past siezure dissorder
